There is an agenda item on the club constitution which is in need of updating.Please take the time to read both the existing and draft constitutions. A new constitution can only be agreed at a future AGM, so there is ample time to suggest amendments at either the next and any subsequent officers meetings.

TAMESIDE LADIES AGM 8th January 2018
- Minutes read out and agreed
- Treasurers report – self explanatory
- Secretary’s report – nothing to report but is retiring from the post
- Election of officers for 2018- They remains the same. New secretary elected Jackie Korny
Proposals 2018
- A maximum length for a mark to be 40 metres – CARRIED
- In Cup matches both captains to number their score cards 1 to 8 (with names on), then number 1 to play number 1 etc – CARRIED
AOB
- Match blocks must be checked pre season and they require the date at the next meeting
- RE safe guarding children & vulnerable adults – this is not an issue for at least 18 months
- Presentation evening for 2018 – president Barry Purchell suggested hiring someone to provide entertainment also that each team must purchased 4 tickets at £5. This was discussed but people thought the venue isn’t that good, he is going to look at other options
