Manor Park Bowling Club is proud to announce that the club will be hosting the High Peak Charity Bowls Match on Sunday 14 August 2022 between 10 am and 1 pm.\u00a0There will be two teams of club members playing in a friendly six-a-side singles match.<\/p>\n

We hope the teams will be captained by Ollie Cross, The Mayor of High Peak, and Robert Largan, MP for High Peak. As part of this it is envisaged that Ollie Cross will play Robert Largan in a fun and friendly bowls match. The club will award a trophy at the end of the match.<\/p>\n

It would be great if members could come down to the bowls club to cheer on the teams and donate some money towards the charities. We will be selecting two teams to play in the match in the near future.<\/p>\n

The bowls match will be hoping to raise money for the Mayor\u2019s Charities: The Glossopdale Food Bank and High Peak Community Arts Hummingbird Project. There is a link below if members want to make a donation to the charities. Members should be able to donate money to the charity on the day of the bowls match if they prefer.<\/p>\n
